Photo Assignments- Design and Photography II
For each one of the assignments listed below students will be required to complete research, complete as directed on a PPT Presentation and hand in required paper work.

Description of the Photo Assignments students will be responsible for during the semester.
The Frame- In this assignment your work should demonstrate how the frame can be used to create compositions of shape,form, line and pattern. Investigate man-made forms and natural forms.
Light and Portraits-In this assignment your work should demonstrate your understanding of natural and artificial light. Additionally, the quality of light and the direction of light should be explored.
The Photo Essay- In this assignment you will produce five prints that tell a story. You can capture or create a story. A great deal of planning research and effort is required with this assignment.
Reflections-This assignment will require you to demonstrate the ability to communicate how reflections can enhance a moment in time or selected subject matter. Creativity will be a major part of this assignment.
Action Photography- In this assignment you will demonstrate the ability to control shutter speed by producing photographs that capture action. In one assignment you will record a subject at peak action and in the other you will pan a moving subject.
